On May 10, 2006 the NAACP met at Greater Beulah Missionary Baptist
Church to discuss the Lee Vs. Board of Education Case and the Unitary
Status of Dothan, Alabama and Houston County School System. Present
where many members of the Senate including Senator Sanders and State
Rep. Locy Baker.
Lawyers on hand to discuss the issue where Chin Lee of the NAACP
Trust Fund and Fred Grey, Jr. The event was a wonderful success
and those who attended learned a lot about the case and what was
being done to correct many of the issues as well as those who attended
where able to voice their complaints and issues with the current
conditions of the school system.
